MWEB ADSL international down

I can't believe that there is a telco that is more inept than Telkom - well done Neotel, you are the worst in SA at the moment... which is definitely saying something...
 
I have send me cancellation request earlier, dont want their ****ty service anymore.
 
MyBB knew this would happen again, they had the article saved and ready ... THATS how frequent it's been happening.

Neotel is f%%%%% useless and SEACOM is proving to be in bed with the wrong partner here.

Lol, it's not exactly Digichilli now is it. Downtime sucks but really now. If the whingers in here would just put their money where their mouth is and cancel their Mweb accounts, I can get on with my browsing and get better speeds :p
 
MWEB can still be held accountable for not providing redundancy. If I remember correctly, last time this happened, they said they had measures in place to ensure this wouldn't happen again.
 
On a side note. Expecting first world redundancy from India (read Tata/Neotel) is asking a bit much I think. They are all about turnover and NOT service... believe me.
