Age of Conan also not happy at all getting 4k latency in game. Using afrihost and am getting 205 latency.
Mine works 100% on the Webafrica network - latency 200ms !!! on MWEB ... insane !!
So seems to me like this "deal" mweb has with wtfast is causing problems for existing wtfast account holders
Haha nope. Remember I only started playing again around November thanks to you lotI have been levelling a lock as well, but the rogue will be my first look at the Cata Zones - can't wait

Lets hope for the best. I just keep having the feeling it has something to do with this new bandwidth device. Don't laugh lol seriously I was born with the "helm". (prolly a crash helm in my case)
Yep definitely feeling the pain too, my Rogue is at lvl 79 and I'm looking forward to seeing Cata content for the first time. You're completely right about the 8-5 response and you can consider MWEB Guy's ear pulled on the matter.
Could not play wow on MWEB uncapped Unshaped... ended up buying MORE unshaped bandwidth from WA AGAIN... cmon paying premium for this is a joke? How long does it take MWEB "Experts" to do root cause analysis???
WoW + WTFAST + Webafrica - 200 ms latency...
Wow + WTFAST + MWEB - 4000ms latency...
Wow + MWEB - 7000 ms latency...
At this stage any professional company would be hiring some specialist contractors to sort out their issues... cause it seems like MWEB tech team is not capable.
It's called remote administration.... Welcome to the 21st century and the age of the Internet...Its simple no matter where you want to connect to in the world you are going to go through London/a UK based hub. its the only route into africa there is.
This hub is giving problems and until they sort out what went wrong with what was supposed to be a routine operation we the end user are stuffed. Checking stuff ourside is pointless until someone an Mweb says they have sorted out the problem.
