Mweb Local Uncapped Trial

At the top of the control panel it still says "Local only bandwidth available now for a limited time – Click here" so maybe it's continuing? I hope it does! :D
 
I'll let everyone know once I finish my cap (could be a while though)
 
Yes that will be nice then they WILL get me as a customer! Well hell im actually going to move even if they have it for this month only. Then i will just like cancel it. uncapped local. Nice.

lol, no... I was just joking. I want to hoard all the bandwidth for myself! :p

You can sign up, but I think the minimum sign-up is two months, or it takes two months to cancel, something like that.
 
anybody had any e-mails from m-web lately about the uncapped trial?

Been going on for 4 months now.
 
Also waiting for that email saying it's over... nothing yet :D

Another month of testing would be great.
 
I have just signed up with Mweb, what settings do I need to choose with Mweb to ensure I get capped and dont pay for local?? Do I need to change my settings to the boost option?

Auto booster - Disabled
Tick "Buy Booster (Boost Per GB)" and click update
Once you reach your cap, it won't automatically buy boosters and it won't automatically charge you 20c/MB, thus it'll use the uncapped local :)

click on the MyADSL page from the Mweb home page and make sure all of the ADSL booster options and per Megabyte options are unchecked down the right side of your MyADSL settings page. You can enable the Cap warning options, that way if something goes wrong it will tell you if you are still using part of your cap.
 
The booster option is checked for me, I cant seem to uncheck it. This is how my page looks:
