382.5MB/Hour at 85% utilization(((1024/8)*0.85*60*60)/1024).... but you're never going to get a constant 85% utilization 24/hours a day on any network. What are you downloading torrents? Nzbs? All p2p traffic is best effort as well. If it's http downloads that's different.

I know the best effort. Its mostly HTTP and FTP. I do support so lots of Updates, Install files, etc.

I am comparing my downloads to last month and there is definitely a difference.

Please provide me with a tracert & ping results to any local and international site. Also include a speedtest: http://ow.ly/f9uiF and your MWEB account details.
 
Thanks MWEB Guy. We have had Mweb & telkom technicians (even resorted to getting them in at the same time - which was fun to watch) and they tested the router, line and each other.

line was up last night but has dropped a few times today for a few minutes at a time...

I was told to ping 8.8.8.8 when we went down... I got this info???

78 packets transmitted, 73 packets received, 6.4% packet loss

90 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100.0% packet loss
 
mweb guy my clients 4mb bussiness line is down , cliet number xxxxxxxx , dont have time to pm atm , check out it for me please :)

No Internet either, wife just contacted me been offline since about 14h00. Rebooted router, unplugged router, nothing helps. What is happening, continual disconnects, lower than normal speeds, and now this?? I don't have another router to test and nore do I have a different ISP account to use as a test either.

Hi PurSpyk!!

I checked the account and the reason for not getting a connection is because the password is incorrect. We are getting a "bad password" error on our side.

I have not changed a thing on the router, it was working this morning, wife went out and came back and its not working? How can the password change on its own?
