Something's up yes. International seems very sluggish. Exchange seems fine (8ms local hop) so can't be that. Using MWEB, so perhaps a fault somewhere? Local access seems fine.

Yes, experiencing international sluggishness aswell. Skype vid calls are choppy, even audio calls are choppy. Teamspeak also appears choppy.

Definitely something up yeah. Posting from my backup ISP account now; with MWEB even local access is now suffering. Check it out MWEB, there is definitely something wrong with your network. Backup ISP account works flawlessly.
