One step ahead of you

I've been in contact with them for a few weeks now about the sync problems. However the SNR margin is still somewhat acceptable at about 7-8dB. Even through the sync problems, I have been able to get good speeds previously.
Tested a backup capped account this morning and I was still getting poor speeds, so the problem is definitely on the Telkom side, I'm hoping it's just related to maintenance being done due to the speed upgrades. Will keep you posted if I suspect anything to be wrong on the MWEB side.
