Hi MWEB Guy

So far so good. Checked the local site called Vaskap. Relates to fishing.
Playback ok. Will check out YouTube.
YouTube still spools a lot while video playing at the start up.

Problem with mweb today? My connection keeps dropping every now and then?

Good Day PansyFaust,

We have no reported outages on our network at the moment. There is only 2 router disconnects on your account, please let me know if the disconnections become more frequent.

Okay, those were the two times I restarted my router after my connection had no throughput...will see if it becomes more frequent

Got no throughput again on news.

Must I seriously keep turning my router on and off the whole time?

Browsing is sometimes slow also

Hi

I have checked the account and I cannot see any issues there. I also tested the line and that also seems fine.
I have since reauthed the account on our servers.
Could you please power down the router for about 5mins then test the connection again.
