The above news article states that MWEB, along with other ISP's, will be lowering the price of their throttled products. I would like to know, currently I am on MWEB's 4 Mbps Uncapped AI deal @ R899 per month. Is this the throttled product?
If not, what are the technical differences between the two?

MWEB reserves the right to throttle the ADSL service on the 2Mbps and 4Mbps line speed packages based on individual usage patterns and usage history.
So I am led to believe that my product is a throttled product.
