From this Lino, it seems like there is congestion on the exchange. I suggest following up with Telkom, provide them with these traceroutes as well.
 
Mweb Guy,

What happened? Both my Mweb accounts dropped PPPoE and Telkom account stayed connected. For a about 20mins,

When it came back it was like a bullet train, Fast and working????

Thank You for what ever changed, hope it stays that way...

I am busy downloading the latest bf3 patch and its chugging along at around 50kb/s. Today it started around 200 then dropped to around 120 and now this on my 2mb line

Can you see anything up with my account?
 
Mweb Guy do you know anyone specifically who I can firmly talk to at Telkom about the Durbanville Exchange?

Second hop varies anywhere between 80ms to 400ms

Hi Reaper84

I checked on our side and can't see anything wrong. I re-authed the account, power down the router for 30 minutes. Monitor your connection after that.

Just kidding. I don't know who you can speak to regarding that exchange. I think you will need to go through the correct channels to log a congestion check.
 
International browsing even slower. But the MWeb sales page is lightning fast.....

There is no issue wih international that we aware of. The speed you are referring too, is that download speed? If so, what type of downloads?

Hi kimbo

Line readings are fine from what I can see.

As mentioned earlier, there is no reported international issues that we aware of. Have you powered down the router for 5 minutes, and testing after that.
