Hi kimbo
Line readings are fine from what I can see.
As mentioned earlier, there is no reported international issues that we aware of. Have you powered down the router for 5 minutes, and testing after that.
I will do so thank you

Just kidding. I don't know who you can speak to regarding that exchange. I think you will need to go through the correct channels to log a congestion check.
The internet has been giving me issues for the past few days. So much more sluggish than usual on all fronts.
Some results!

I know some of this is probably considered "average" for a 1MB line, but the speedtests etc. have been consistently much better in the past? I've also noticed my average torrent download speed has dropped a bit, but that may just be due to shaping.
Over the past few days the internet has been super slow. Took my 5 minutes to open mybroadband.

What's wrong with the service now?
I am on a 2Mb Uncapped bundle.
Sigh, im having the most GOD aweful time trying to upgrade my account on mweb to a 2mb
uncapped sent in forms and everything on 20th of feb already and still nothing!
I have more than 1 account with mweb and i think its time to start moving them off, really
after a almost a month they still cant get their **** together to upgrade 1 line and an
account!
Hi Deep78
That does not sound good at all.
Send me your MWEB details and I will follow up this to you.

Just noticed this on your 1mbps uncapped spec sheet: http://www.mweb.co.za/productspricing/FullSpec/SmallBusiness/7844/850/1_Mbps_Uncapped_ADSL.aspx
Shouldn't it read 512 Kbps upload?
