MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 3

Hi Mweb Guy,

Im having problems with Xbox One Destiny, i keep getting Cattle / Centipede error whenever i try connect the game, i keep trying till it gets through. Now, my question is can this be ISP related?

Have you perhaps tested with a different ISP account?

When not trying to play XBOX games,, does your internet connection work?

Connection is perfectly fine on all other games. no problems at all.

Im not sure how to reply to testing with a different ISP as it does not seem like something my ISP should have to suggest?

Hi nakedhousee

Process of elimination to see if it is ISP related as per your initial post; asking if it is ISP related.

Today there are many free accounts to help us troubleshoot. You might have read it as me saying sign up with a different ISP but that was not the intention.

You providing feedback stating everything if fine with the account except the specific XBOX game brings some clarity and direction.

Please provide me with your MWEB email address and I will refresh your MWEB account.

Thank you to MWEB for the years of great internet and a special thank you to MWEB Guy for always helping really fast and getting things sorted out, but I'm also unfortunately out due to the news server closing.
 
Don't even bother trying to use your internet on a Friday in Rondebosch.



Absolutely shocking. I'd be better off with a dial-up account.
