@Me

I can appreciate a good argument. One thing I've noticed so far from many users posting their displeasure toward the new AUP of MWEB, is that they attach screenshots dating back 12 months showing their usage. In all these cases I have yet to see one example where the average monthly usage was over 110GB. And these are 4mb accounts...premium no less. Their frustration and ire are very understandable and more importantly, reasonable.

To support your argument, please post a screenshot of your monthly usage the last few months.

You are of course not obligated to comply, but it would certainly make the conversation a whole lot more interesting.

GOOD eh? (throttled at 41gig) :mad:

You should pay R40 for good old dial-up, Robin Hood! Dial-up, tried and tested, withstood the test of time. Enable classic dial-up and you will be flying past the Throttled Ones. :D

A 4mb account...throttled at 41GB...on the 12th of the month...

3.4GB/day equates to abuse?

@MWEBGuy...please explain this after your investigation so we can also understand.

If more than 3Gb a day is abuse then this must be a sick joke.

Hahahahahahahaha I cannot stop laughing! I'm sorry, but this is really hysterical! I'm so glad I left mweb and moved to openweb. Best decision I ever made.

Derek Hershaw or whatever your name is, you are a failure. You fail as a CEO and you should be removed ASAP!

PM sent...
This is the account as stated on the image...NEW UNCAPPED ADSL - UC4MB - DO

LAST month...i was throttled on day 21 ( i think ) at about 68Gig....same thing...

The ONLY thing i can think of is, your "servers" are configured wrongly. I use a download manager with 16 threads.....BUTTTT....its the DATA that counts...NOT the amount of "threads" you use
( in my opinion )
