And small business, al three are throttled. IMHO all three is the same thing rebranded.
Yep, I have also asked them somewhere in these numerous MWEB threads to list the products to utilise as a high-end user as suggested by Hershaw, no answer yet. These AUP (incl. FUP) should be made clear to which products and services it is bounded since it renders the usage limits basically the same, since no thresholds have been indicated.
I have made a post here in concern with usage policies:

After reading all the compliants about this new throttling idea..
the one question I have now... Mweb Guy ... What is the different between the basic and premium accounts besides price, as you guys now will throttle both accounts.
Hi fbman
Standard products are more affordable and aimed at the casual uncapped user, with a lower throttled rate.
Our premium products have more relaxed speed limits and these will only be applied when usage reaches levels which we deem to be abusive. The parameters for bandwidth management are more lenient on our Premium Products and will only affect a very small percentage of our customers.

What is the usage level "deemed" abusive? One downloaded DSTV program or streaming series?
Oh wait it does not concern me anymore as I cancelled my Mweb service!

Haha brilliant.MyBB Forum users said that MWEB’s announcement is a bit like getting a pair of beige socks for Christmas. “You say ‘thank you’ but you were really hoping for something a lot better,” said the angry crowd.
MyBB said that they do not expect MWEB’s throttling to lead to any price reductions.
“It may result in a marginal improvement in product performance providing that MWEB’s network can handle the additional bandwidth,” they said.
MyBB users said that a fair price reduction will be at least 20% for putting up with MWEB's ***.
I can copy paste responses too!

http://www.naspers.com/pay-television_detail.php?MWEB-6Uncapped ADSL allows Internet users unlimited downloads, uploads without restrictions on how much bandwidth you can use in a month.
I'd like to understand something here
http://www.mweb.co.za/productspricing/2/Home/adsl/UncappedAdsl.aspx
According to that website a 4 meg uncapped bundle including line rental costs R689.
Now I'm on no contract or whatever, so why am I still paying 899?
