I can confirm that we have an intermittent problem with My Account. Our engineers are looking into this as we speak.

Afternoon, we have no reported outages pertaining to the news servers. Please try connecting with the IP instead of news.mweb.co.za
 
MWEB Guy is there anyway to change the DSL modulation on the Technicolor TG589VN v3?

Account still not fixed. Suspect it's more ISP side than Telkom side after 9 my ADSL speed and latency drops. 21:33 I had 1170ms ping 0.39mb Download and 0.01 upload. Any Ideas? During the day it's fine till 8 at night when everything goes haywire.
And this on a 6mb connection

Evening, our network gets better the later the evening (less bandwidth allocated to business traffic).

Please provide me trace routes to mweb.co.za and bbc.co.uk, this will show us where the latency is stemming from.

And yet again no reply from Mweb Guy.
Clearly shows in the callcentre feedback and feeback on e-mail tickets.
No update on progress of open calls, update on e-mail only 4 day's late but who is counting.
Just another user in the big scheme of things.
 
All you moaners. Why stand in the rain and complain u getting wet? You know Mweb sux, but yet you choose to still give them your hard earned money each month?

He's getting huge ping fluctuations. It looks like the Durban Mweb.
 
Better the devil you know that the one you don't.

Mweb suit my needs so far now that I have a problem they don't seem to solve it.
Definitely looking for alternatives since Mweb service is going backwards of late.
