MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 3

My latency was fine for about 30 mins earlier, then my my router dropped the PPPoE connection for five mins.
When it came back I was getting over 1000ms+ to mweb.co.za

Currently sitting at 59ms but I am use to seeing 22ms to 30ms... So that is still double the norm....

Edit: offline again.... :erm:
 
Ive noticed problems since that "1am" Maintenance that started at like 11pm, dont know if thats just me though, it was very minor then but its ramped up.

Yes, that is correct, so I can't see my first hop as it is VPN tunneled for my static IP's

But it is very erratic, my monitoring software shows a constant ping of 34ms at the moment....
Mind you that has only been for the last 15 mins, holding thumbs....

International Packet loss 40%... Thank you mweb :D

Can't log in to anything like Elder scrolls online, or even join a battlefield 4 game. Wow :/ Local packet loss is fine. It is only international that is affected, but its preventing me from accessing games especially.

Are the techies taking this seriously or just ignoring you?

Mweb's bandwidth is not cheap, so I would have expected the problem to be corrected by now?

I am not looking to cause a fight, just the lack of communication is concerning....

Could you please advise what sort of downloads you doing when you get these speeds.
Also, could you please PM me a trace done to mweb.co.za and bbc.co.uk
