My MWEB ADSL line has also been acting up over the last month. I seem to get very high in-game pings during peak times. I phoned in and did all that was requested such as reset router, try another UTP cable etc etc and I asked for a port reset. This seemed to fix the issue but now recently it has gotten even worse to the point where I often lag out in-game which can be rather frustrating. I am not a very heavy user and nobody else was using my internet at these times. I am on a 2Mbps premium uncapped account and averaging around ~100-130 gigs a month downloads which is not excessive (apparently I only get throttled if I go over 200 gigs).
Sorry to bother but this isn't really acceptable and lately the service from MWEB has been rather bad. Just want a clarification as to what is going on (if anything) and is there anything I can do to resolve the lag issues! Thanks!
