Been going back and forth between my MWEB account and the Telkom guest account. Since the first repair on my line the Telkom guest account gives immediate good results every time, latency never over the mid twenties, does that not make it an MWEB fault. Or do I understand this wrong?

Hi,

I see what you're saying and yes, it does raise some flags.
I'll advise the team of this and ask that they do the relevant checks on our side to see if there is any on the account that could be causing this.
 
Anyone else getting High Latency from the Durban IPC, seems to happen every other hour now! :mad:

Hi Guys

I have checked on my side and I cannot see that there were any network related outages last night.
The only outages that was posted are the one's on our notice board and those are all Telkom outages.
 
There was a national Mweb outage last night around 11pm which lasted 45 minutes or so.

Every single client of ours reported no internet access.

It wasn't a telkom outage. I could only ping and connect to www.mweb.co.za. So nothing to do with telkoms line.
 
MWEB Guy please check what's wrong with my line, ping and tracert are all fine but speedtest is horrible.

I just received some feedback, it seems there was a short dip in connectivity last night but it did not last long.

I checked your account from my side and everything seems ok, I cannot see any issue there.
I also checked the line, the readings it self look good too.
