MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 3

Yeah, I'm having the exact same problem as fbman. Woke up this morning, and my international (and local, to a lesser extent) is screwed up; slow connectivity, if at all. Most services (Like Dropbox, for instance) cannot connect at all.

I cant connect to Onedrive as well, also cant connect to my Simpsons tapped out game either.

Good morning everybody

I am seeing a number of customers querying international speeds at the moment.

I am not picking up anything at this point however, we are investigating and I will confirm once I have received an update.

Yep same here.
From about 6am this morning. Local is slow , international is rubbish.
My old WA prepaid works fine however.

Hello everybody, we have picked up that is an international browsing issue which our engineers are currently investigating.

it's gone from bad [last night at about 3:30am] to dismal:

09:15am and beyond. mybroadband [and i suspect a lot of local sites] work - slowly - if one has the patience of a saint and wishes to live in the good old 2400 days. international is down for the count. just trying to get to google rolls over and fails consistently.

if "nothing is wrong on your end" and customers are experiencing packet loss like this, then...something is wrong somewhere :)

Everything is fine with international up here in JHB. Might only be affecting Cape Town region.

All international is terrible, can't even attempt to game. Thankfully it's the last Mweb day and the backup is cruising :D

Hi there

Mwebguy can you please check this out. look I'm getting packet loss on the one device and related to mweb. Telkom said about 5 ties now my line is fine

My connection is once again extremely erratic, with international going down at random intervals. Started again at around 1am this morning and still ongoing (3am). I'm also noticing a fair amount of packet loss (as before in my previous post).

I'll keep pingplotter running through the night and forward my account details to MWEB Guy if it continues. At the moment, I'm seeing "dead points" at 12:15, 01:00, 1:52, 2:02, 3:00 where international goes down completely (with local being fine). When international is back, everything just feels "sluggish" - been spamming F5 to get stuff to load properly.

Yea just getting packet loss for 3 days straight now, its VERY frustrating, there are many of us posting of the exact same issues all over the country, could we get some feedback please
