We'll have to see how long this takes to get fixed. Mwebs sorting out Telkom issues is not the fastest way to do it. Steam downloads stuck at 29.4kbps. So hopefully soon I have something I can use

This does not sound right. If your line is syncing at a lower speed, you should be attaining that lower speed. It will definitely not be syncing at 0.3Mbps (±29.4KB/s), more like 1/2Mbps, or 100KB/s / 200KB/s. I suspect this is more a line fault than a syncing issue.

Yeah line is not syncing at what it should. When the line first started working on monday. It was syncing at 1.7mbps. Now its down. And seems like its decreasing daily

My 10mb Uncapped Premium is now 2mb international and around 4mb local. Not sure what's going on but it only started today.

I spoke too soon. It's slow again. I'll monitor it for a few days and then report a fault if it doesn't get better.

Could you confirm if packages will be similarly priced to other FTTH suburbs in SA which MWEB is covering?

I'm really hoping MWEB brings pricing down, they'll need to in order to compete with the other providers - http://constantiafibre.com/packages/provider/ - as well as retain your huge customer base in Constantia, most of whom will be converting to fibre by year end.
