You're right, but obviously not when preceded by "until 22h00" where the phrase "24/7/365" is used as a means of showing how good something actually is (without exaggerating).

Saying a rand is gold because that is what it represents would be considered false. (thanks for giving the time though)
 
Just for those that didn't know, and by the replies here there are some, 24/7/365 implies 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / all year around. If said services isn't all day every day then using 24/7 is false. Back on topic.
 
Hi MWEB - At long last I`ve cancelled my Telkom Internet account. I hope to have my line sorted soon.
I registered for your 10mbps Premium product. What`s the FUP limit for this product ?

Wonder if Mweb would consider giving Postman Pot free dsl considering all the campaigning he is doing for them?
Is he now authorised to respond on your behalf?

Let me state this categorically, the only MWEB employees that are authorized to comment on behalf of MWEB will do so under the official MWEB usernames ( MWEB Guy / MWEB Help ).
As you know well the identity of forum members are not known to us , and unless specifically shared we have no personal detail of any individuals posting on the forums. So let me answer your question , no PostmanPot is not authorized to respond on behalf of MWEB and can confirm he is not an MWEB employee. No, he does not have access to any MWEB network information. He does however have the right, like any other user, to comment and respond on any post MWEB related.

I`m not quite sure what you expect us to do ? If you want to sensor forum members I suggest you take it up with My Broadband.
