Hi MWEB Guy.

Could you please reset my session?
I've reset my connection but the internet has been really slow and unstable since last night.

Good morning Qrox, I have deleted your current session and re-authed your account; please reboot your router and let me know if your experience improves.
 
Mweb Guy - please can you get the guys to have a look at the routing or whatever involved with DDO? Keep having either latency or packet loss issues and it only exists ingame and only for South Africans. And if it's not packet loss, then it's high ping. Something is not cool there.

Hi Mephisto_Helix, please provide me more information as to the servers your playing on. We will need to test this on our side.
 
Getting bad international speeds >.>

I tried downloading some things off international servers and im only getting 22kb/s max on my 1mb line.
I cant even play World of Tanks (US Server) because the latency is too bad.

Good Afternoon, please provide me pings and tracers to a few international sites as well. Would really help with our investigation.

DDO game servers are gls.ddo.com which has the IP: 74.201.102.13
