This is how long it's taken me to answer you ........ packet loss shoots sky high ingame and I know, a few seconds later, all traffic is gonna come to a standstill. It's always either Telskum or Mweb at fault, I just never know which at that moment in time because blame always gets shifted to the other, or those fun times, when it gets directed at me. I give up, seriously.

Could you please PM me a trace route to an international site as well as a ping test.
Also, if you have a secondary account from another ISP, could you do the same test and forward me those results.

Thanks, though I did receive a phone call this morning around 8, I am yet to receive a promised mail with the details. At risk of having taken down my e-mail address incorrectly, could you please have someone contact me again? Much appreciated
