MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback

I can confirm constant drops. It's better today, but for the past week it has been unbearable (line is only up for about 2 minutes, if that, before dropping again).

indeed just dropped out, junk product. gonna have to move its not worth the "uncapped"...

posting from 3g at least i can watch a youtube video without buffering for 3 minutes.

Ive been having some issues with my Mweb ADSL. Since yesterday afternoon speeds have been so slow that I am unable to open websites, Gmail wont load, Outlook wont even send and receive.

I logged a call with tech support this morning (the representative tried to reset the line from his side), and he informed me that we need to escalate the problem to a specialist. The specialist will only be able to check tomorrow afternoon what the problem is.

Is there any way of resolving the issue faster, Im basically paying for a service I cant use ATM :/
 
I will start doing some gaming later and see if Mweb it still responsible for my continued demise. :)

I have a 4mb adsl connection, with mweb as my ISP and on a good day at best my speed test is 2.5mb. I have checked with Telkom and they say there is no issue with my line. What else can I check.

The stats from my adsl router are as follows:

ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Line Attenuation 22.0 db 10.7 db
Noise Margin 21.3 db 23.3 db

ping test is as follows:
Pinging mweb.co.za [196.2.63.110] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 196.2.63.110: bytes=32 time=38ms TTL=118
Reply from 196.2.63.110: bytes=32 time=39ms TTL=118

Streaming on own3d.tv is horrible at the moment. It lags randomly and then just dies out completely on any quality. On my afrihost account it is completely fine on 720p.

I did so and its still the same. It is lagging quite bad on any quality. Tried afrihost again and its fine. I'm pretty sure its not the line if another account is perfectly normal.
