Getting it here as well. Joburg, since 20h06 it went down (ended a skype call)

I would like to look into this from our side. Please can you PM me the MWEB account details in order for me to do so.

Also, bear in mind, a 1GB WA account, if that is a capped account, it is shaped differently to an uncapped shapped account.

No chance to test at home yet. @MWeb Guy, any idea what the root cause was?

Good morning everyone

Just some feedback regarding last night's issue: Our engineers identified a transit link with one of our upstream providers which became congested due an abnormal spike in traffic. The problem is resolved now and they will continue to monitor and determine what steps need to be taken to mitigate this in future.
