It's been frustrating for a year.

FNB account (supplied be MWEB for testing my ADSL) = 5 times faster on some sites
Axxess account = 3 time faster on some sites
My old Telkom account, even faster

I have not experienced Internet like this since 384KB/s ADSL days

I wait until 2:40 to press play
at 3:02 it buffers again

On the FNB accounts, that MWEB uses to test your ADSL, that video just pops up and plays (so the tech support people must stop telling me it's Telkom)

Are you experiencing the slowness only on youtube? Are there other sites as well that are slow? Also, bear in mind that we are experiencing slow international browsing.

NNTP running @ 56/KB on 1 meg line, normally full speed over weekend, well we all know about Seacom and Sat 3 problems playing their part. Hope things start to stabilize soon.

On 1Mbit, p2p running at full speed. Asus ROG Sc2 tourney streaming 95% OK. Big improvement since last night/early this morning.

Too good to be true (streaming), no go even at 240p. Oh well. Over to Telkom. :/

FWIW it could be that the stream quality changed? Uses 120 - 250KBps on 360p on Telkom. Yesterday/earlier it was using around 100KBps when it was streaming fine on MWEB.
