Last 3 or so days video streaming from bitgravity/ustream (live.twit.tv)was ok but having problems again today. Starts off ok earlier the evening but slows down precisely at 00h00. What happens at 00h00 ? some shaping kicking in at that time ?

Speeds are really, really slow this morning. Google.co.za takes about 30secs to open and a minute later, it still hasn't completely loaded. Took me about 2 minutes just to open this thread. It was perfectly fine last night, though.
