Hi TmanSA

That is great, thanks for the feedback and please keep me posted.

[*] Skype video... incredibly bad. Worse than a 384k line.

Glad I'm not the only one - this has been a ongoing issue for the past 3 weeks now. I've logged a call with Mweb.

Everything else is running smoothly, its just Skype that is poor on my side.

Dunno what's up but the last 2 days my mweb account has been terrible. Can't stream a 360p video on youtube - 4mb line :\

Downloading off steam for the past 2 days non-stop +35Kb/s (9.5GB) :D....Fantastic service MWEB :)

Hi Brenden_E,

Could you please PM me your details and I will look into this matter for you.
There no issues at the moment reported that would cause this however, I'd still like to look into this for you.

Kind regards,
MWEB Guy

With all these problems it makes me wonder if its wise to move from Openweb 384k to Mweb 1024k uncapped.

Hi Mweb guy

I will reboot my router in a while and then give you some feedback thanks for the help...

I often get this error message ("The connection has timed out") whenever I try to visit a website (local/international).

It's been like this since last month.

Note: I can download stuff via http at full speed.
