Awesome, I could always email you the log if you rather prefer it that way. It's a bit raw, but better than writing it down as it pops up :p
 
On international pages i have to refresh the page 3 time sometimes 4 times before they work, Are u aware of any international issues MWeb Guy?

There are no reported international issues that we are aware of. Is it certain sites or most site?

All of them mweb guy. everything was fine until 13h00 then it just died.... and nothing on my side changed..

Please PM me traceroutes to sites that you are browsing today in order to investigate this further.

Good morning,

I'm having a problem accessing anything via Mweb uncapped since last night.
This is for both local and international sites.

I have reset and rebooted my router and computer and did the initail setup again to make sure.

PPOE connection is established and authenticated just not resolving any sites all of a sudden.

Would it be possible to reset my account or comment if there is a general problem in Secunda / Mpumalanga area.

News Server has died, was going fine today. Everything else is still working, albeit a bit slow. Anyone else?
 
I was told via PM on 03-01-2012 at 12:14 PM that my query has been escalated and someone will get back to me.

Trying to work out which is higher, the days I have decent reliable stable internet, or the amount of times MWEB actually tells the truth.

Hi MWEB Guy,

Still had this issue this morning just before I left home for work.
Replaced the modem with a new one at around 7 and everything was running perfect till 9 when everything went super slow. Been that way ever since. Router restart didn't help at all.
