Hi Gimaru

Unfortunately Telkom are the only ones who can assist.

So yes? There's nothing that can be done? I have 5 disconnections within every hour, I can't game, I can't stream anything, my uncapped internet account with Mweb is only good for instant messaging then. I live in Pretoria East, how is this possible?

If Telkom says that nothing can be done about your attenuation then unfortunately there is nothing that can be done.

I am thinking about upgrading to a 4Mb Uncapped account with MWEB. What needs to be done so this go active in the begining of next month and I don't get charged any pro rata rates?

Hi Kyubi

You will need Telkom to upgrade your line to 4Mb. When this is done you can let me know and I will arrange for your account to be upgraded immediately,

How will that work? At the moment I am paying DSL line rental to Telkom and I have a 384 Uncapped account with MWEB. I want to get the the 4Mb inclusive package (R899) with MWEB.

Good morning Kyubi, it would be easier to first upgrade your line with Telkom; then to request that we apply to move the line to us. I could also have someone call you regarding the line migration to us, if you'd like?
