It will take 48hrs for the payment to reflect on your account and if Billing picks up any discrepancies on your proof of payment, they will contact you.

I must say (now that the honeycomb freebies are flying) that the uncapped experience is fair based on the torrent speeds I get lately even during the day. If only something can be done about the Internationale gaming lags on PS3. That said apart from the lag spikes gaming is at least enjoyable mostly.

ADSL is very slow past couple of days...issues? Stuff like YouTube is painful...

Hi feo, we are not experiencing any in your area.
I have change your access to normal for testing purposes and re-authed your account. This takes 30 minutes to complete. Allow this to complete then restart your router to test.
If this does not help then provide me with trace routes.

Hi MWEB Guy. I seem to be experiencing problems with my international connection being extremely slow and Youtube or streaming videos in general timing out.

My ping and tracert tests seem fine though.

I have changed your access and reauthed your account. This takes 30 minutes to complete. Allow this to finsh then restart your router.

I have refreshed your MWEB account. Please power down for a few minutes and tests thereafter also configure your router with @dslmweb.co.za.

If that does not change anything have you tested perhaps with a different ISP account.
