MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback

Also experiencing slow youtube streaming at the moment. Buffering at 240p even, and usually 360p flies. This is on a 1me line! Everything else seems ok though from what I can tell.

Sigh, and here comes the packet loss again ...... other accounts are fine but Mweb in DDO I have 1.5-3% packet loss. Latency joining in the fun now too, spiking over 310 already. Is something in it's moer again?

I upgraded my adsl line to 1024kbs uncapped unshaped the middle of last month since then I have had endless problems. First the line was still a 512kbs line although MWeb tech dept told me it was upgraded to 1024 after having noise problems on the line Telkom sorted it out and they told me its still a 512 line eventually it was sorted out it now shows on my account its a 1024 line. The problem is I cant download anything higher than 35kbps even opening MWeb home page takes ages. I dont see why I must pay over a R1000.00 for a line that runs at a 384kbps line. I honestly think MWeb is ripping its clients off.

How is this costing you over R1000? :confused:

I have tested your account and everything looks good.
I have reauthed your account too, allow 30 minutes then restart your router and test.
