MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback

Also finding Mweb slow today, browsing seems okay, downloads are dead.
 
Torrents, i have they are throttled during peak hours but today has been more intense than previously. Sadly however i do understand that this is part of the user agreement and just providing feedback
 
Got contacted by a very cool guy regarding my issues (via a phone call) and he is gonna help test and get it sorted ..... nice one Mweb and thanks Mweb Guy!

Downloads and p2p have been very slow. Getting 5kbs on p2p

Also finding downloads very slow today. Steam timed out at first, but now DLing at 5kb/s and p2p at 65kb/s. HTTP is fine.

Thanks for the feedback. Can you confirm, you mentioned it is working on other ISP accounts. Was that all ADSL connections, no 3G connection perhaps?

Hey!!!

Something weird happened just a few minutes ago. My internet was down due to incorrect username/password. The problem somehow got away after a few minutes. What's going on?

Yep, 100% ADSL connectivity.

Froot also checked his WebAfrica account and saw it was working there too.

If I switch to Google's DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) it works perfectly. Switch back to MWEB DNS (196.28.182.20 / 196.28.75.220) and it no longer works.

Just a bit of peculiarity :p

It would show up on our side that there was no connection due to incorrect username/password, but nothing is reflecting on our system.

Browsing is still slow from this morning, p2p goes to 25kbs at best.
Also can't access http://guildwars2.ncsoft.com/

There has to be something wrong. Its been like this since early this morning except that this morning p2p got about 4kbs max.
