Please note that we do have a 3 warning system in place before we disconnect our clients.
There are also ways of bypassing our shaper to ensure that you obtain line speeds when downloading, even though we might be shaping your account.
The onus is therefore on the client to ensure that they manage their account and that they comply with our AUP (acceptable usage policy).
