not sure if I'm on the same page as you guys, but these links are also not working on my webafrica account....so it's not just mweb...

Will@Mweb said it's a problem with quite a few DNS servers. It has propagated fine on Google's DNS servers though.

I have a similar problem when using said other ISP. There are packet drops in irregular intervals during which it feels like a lag spike, but the reported latency stays the same.

Good Afternoon, are you saying that you are having the same problem when using another ISP?

Hi

The DNS problem, according to Will and the link he produced yesterday, is occurring with several DNS servers. It seems to be a global problem atm.

The lag spike thing: I was relating to the user's problems where I had that problem at another ISP, but it doesn't happen to me on Mweb.

Yes, I'm aware that it's not just Mweb.

We're asking if Mweb can investigate so that we can access it via Mweb's DNS servers instead of having to use Google's DNS.

I figure Mweb is far more interested in getting it working on their side than... say... WebAfrica is :p
