Reason why I am asking I had been waiting for telkom for a good couple of weeks at my old residence to come and install a phone line, to no avail.

If i were to sign up with mweb for a 384 uncapped, could they also deal with the telkom line install? (i know they normally only help with the ADSL line bit)

Good Evening Danny0507, only Telkom will be able to assist you with the telephone line installation. We can make application for the DSL line on your behalf, once the telephone line is installed. We have had clients that made application with Telkom for the DSL line and the telephone line simultaneously.

You could also inbox me your contact details and I can get someone to contact you to explain this in more detail.

It looks like they withdrew their routes at CINX as of 13:00....

Hi savage. I don't have any feedback as yet indicating the specifics of the problem, or any ETR on a fix.

If we get any more detail you guys will be the first to know.
 
Sup! I cant access myadsl! It gives me some server error.

I quote:

I can access the login page, what site do you want me to ping?

My net is down and the internet light on my router is red. The DSL link light is on. Is there a problem with my account or telkom line?

Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache?

Good Evening Bar_Rat, your line readings seem fine and your account is still active. Please try resetting and recofiguring your router. Also, do you have access to another router to test with?

Just logged into my afrihost account and its working now. Will try going back now. Might just need a reset or something.
 
Just a friendly post.

Thnx Mweb, Steam doing a MW3 free multiplayer weekend and am nearly finished downloading the pre-load of 14Gbs for a good weekends fun and it's only taken two days with shaping and everything else still running fine and playing a clannie on BF3 last night :D

Just a quick Q, is steam shaped on mweb? Reason being is that I have a 1meg line and steam updates are only going in around the 40k mark...

Are you downloading content? If so, is it new content? Are you gaming on the steam server?
