I think it's useless how emails are opening slower and downloading a 25MB podcast off the groups official website is going 20kbps or less on what should be a 40kbps connection from a 384kbps line. Try and tell me how there is no problem.
 
Torrents are totally dead and also steam can't connect again. There is something up with your shaping protocols. Something is happening that shouldn't be. It is totally killing P2P.
 
Cant get over 130kb/s on my 4mb account. Doesn't matter what im using, torrent,http or news. Fix please.

Exactly the same for me. Steam also wont connect and torrents dead.

Please PM me the MWEB account details in order for me to look into this from our side. Also, is it only with downloads that you are experiencing the slow speeds? How is general browsing?

Please can you PM me the MWEB account details inorder for me to look into this from our side.
 
Fix the problem because i cant get onto steam. Everyday its like this. Thought gaming gets priority on your network. Torrents are dead. So bad that i set my upload speed to 1kb/s and its going faster than my download speed.

You just have to check how many complaints about mweb are on hellopeter.com to see how badly the service is doing.

If this does not get fixed soon i will be changing to another ISP very soon. Even if i have to pay more at least ill get the service i am paying for.
