I also can't seem to log into http://myadsl.mweb.co.za. I get the following error: The smi id '4f18b3e7-c2b2-4acd-a7f0-907dd279ba22' has not been activated on SMI. Is there any other way to check my Mweb ADSL usage?

Please inbox me your MWEB account details and I'll refresh your account. I have also tested on our side and can't replicate your error.
You can also log in via our website www.mweb.co.za and then clicking onto My Account.

What happens when you try with a different browser? Please clear your browser temporary internet files and cookies, then test thereafter.
The problem he has, sounds like what I get when I try to login into my trial account (my trial login and my now login is different). When I login to my trial account and click on My Account it takes me to the signup page thingy.

Yes I have. I cleared my cookies and temp files, tried a different browser, reset my router, tried logging in to My Account and tried going to myadsl.mweb.co.za, still no luck :wtf: I only applied on Thursday and sent my application forms through on Friday, perhaps it's still too early for me to be able to check my usage?

Excuse my noobyness but is my ping of 185ms to bbc.co.uk good? I play RTS games and ping is fairly important to me. Mweb seem a little more stable than what people say about other providers so...
