How do I cancel my MWEB service?

Good Evening satanboy, you can email [email protected] from your MWEB email address linked to the account you would like to cancel.

Is there any particular reason you would like to cancel? Is there anything I can do to change your mind?
 
Yeah still the same. Audio is fine but video is broken badly. Barely loads the video

Are you testing with no other active traffic? How are you connecting, via ethernet cable or wirelessly?

I've been very happy with my MWEB account (service speed etc), but I am moving to an apartment with a fibre connection.
 
Damn flashplayer. Was doing some weird crap. Restarted the service and its working fine now. Thanks for the help

Hey mweb Guy, currently i'm paying telkom for the adsl line + the telkom tax and paying Mweb R199 for uncapped data. Will it be cheaper for me to move to an all inclusive 1 meg deal instead of be subject to Telkom's "competitive price increases" ?

Youtube has been horrible lately and I cant even stream in 240p...

But what I have noticed is a good refresh does seem to help every now and then...

I have re-authenticated your account and noticed that your attenuation is very high 54dB. I then re-created your port as well, please reboot your router for a few minutes and let me know if it helped.
