still not fixed 
my origin download (updating bf3) used to run at 150kb/s+ strange for a 1mbps line
and b4 u reset my acc it was around 90kb/s (the only download that was stable) the rest was horably slow and unstable (not torrents)
but now origin is the same, barly get 40kb/s
youtube runs a bit better than b4

Syber, you cannot gauge your connection on a bf3 update. Origin compresses those files and makes you think you downloading at those speeds. You probably only dl a 1.5gb compressed file but it says you downloading a 2.5gb file. Im sure they do this to look good.

I'm going to provide you with a test account, please do a speedtest for me when connected to this account. Account details are:
username: guest@telkomadsl
password: guest
With this account, you will only be able to access saix.net. There is a speedtest on the site where you can do the test.
Once that is done, enter the Mweb details and do a speedtest with nothing running at all on the pc.

Please let me know if it is only gaming that you are getting the slow speed. How is general browsing, etc?
I have refreshed your account. Please allow for 30min to pass and then reboot & test.
Browsing is average but streaming and gaming is slow, Must i reboot pc and router >?

You can reboot both, but the router has to be off for 30 minutes. Once 30 minutes has elapsed, you can test.
