gaming is also bad my side 400 ping in 2 diff game eu server tho,browsing and streaming is fine btw last night did mweb have problems?my net was completly dead this was about 10 30ish?

Hi zogas

Is it just gaming that is bad on your side? How is general browsing? There was no issues that I am aware of last night.

I also have a problem.
My Mweb account doesn't want to break. It just keeps on working. High speeds and low latencies :mad:

Which game are you playing? Which european servers are you playing on?
 
getting realy high ping,playing mw3 witch is usaly +-75 now over 300

Hi sybertiger

Your 2nd hop in your tracert will point to it being more closer to home issue e.g your line

I'll advise that you have Telkom recreate your port and test thereafter. If it continues then have them look into your line.

I have refreshed your account. Please also ask Telkom to recreate your port and test thereafter.
 
Hi there

For the last few days have been getting really crap speeds on my 4mb Account.
I've never had this problem before, always got full speeds.
Browsing seems okay , youtube unwatchable.

Can anyone help please.
