Now that you put it like that, yes. My BitComet must still think seacom is down.

Would you please tell us how MWEBs 2.5gb line from Seacom is broken up? and how much of that line is being used on average?
 
slow hitting a few snags but making progress. Can't discuss details as we're still still in the development/planing stages but things are looking up... Slowly.

Why is it so slow?

Geez it is really not that complicated. Make a company buy bandwidth and give everyone uncapped unshaped accounts for cheap. You make it sound really really difficult.

Remember, Mweb only kicked from what we can tell the 4Meg Users who were circumventing the shaping, there might still be people on slower lines circumventing the shaping rules
