I've always stood up for MWEB on these forums but this becoming stupid now. These outages are becoming an almost weekly occurrence now. Just switched to my Telkom account and it's golden. What's going on there? You guys need to pickup your game.

Thanks!

Is any one at mweb answering there phones?

I registered for my free web hosting last week, it seems the domain is now propagated but mweb forces it to a page that states I need to phone TOC on 0860 100 154 but no one is answering, in the hosting division...

PS I know this is probably the wrong section, but it mweb actually reads these from time to time.

Good Morning FaSMaN, please provide me the domain information and I will follow up with our hosting team.

Thanks For picking this up 2 weeks late. I would suggest you just check your link and everything for us. We are doing your jobs for you. Maybe have a test account in JHB and Capetown for next time and then use that account and play the games we play. that is your jobs and not ours. So if black ops is faulty you play black ops for about a week or so. Not our job to check and do tracerts for you.

Can you guys just do that for us etc and monitor it for a week.

seems like some problems international.

Yup, 2 weeks late. BUT, it is worse today and being a holiday i guess more people pick up on it. Hence Mweb actually responding.

I have always been happy with my MWEB uncapped, but today it has bombed out properly!

Pitty Afrihost has such strict shaping rules, I use a lot of online storage so its not really suitable for me. I found their capped service to be unmatched, the pricing is excellent and the customer support is unlike any I've seen from any company in my life, with typical response times of less than 20 minutes, even at arb hours, with MWEB I am lucky to even get a reply.

Same here, been having basically 4kb speeds since Saturday. Local is at least browsable as I can post here without timeouts. It's not my line or router and I don't think it's the account settings. It's a mweb network issue or sea com or something. Im also in ct area. Hope this gets sorted soon.

How it's kinda funny that this accidentally happens around public holidays and weekends.

Morning Everyone, the international problem should be resolved; however our network team will continue to monitor over the next hour to ensure that our network is operating as per normal.
