Seems like most ISP's are dead. Mweb is just dead slow. So the backup link via seacom or sat3 which ever one is being used now is overloaded I think.

Make sure cookies is set to accept - Google chrome also does that if not allowed

My torrents are now flying at 400kb/s, yet I can't connect to MSN; I can't play League of Legends and... I guess this is the international problem.
Which is odd, as my torrent seeders are not from SA based on the IPs...
 
Seems most ISP's are down or dead slow... my MWEB is dead slow but my Telkom is perfect O_o
 
does public holidays count as after-hours? in other words... are we going to be shaped tomorrow during the day? even though its not officially "office-hours" ?

it's meant to be traffic dependant. the last public holiday it worked as i hoped it would. no guarantees this one will be the same.
