Whats wrong today!! News servers running at 30KB/s (4meg uncapped - astraweb and mweb servers). yesterday i was getting 150+ KB/s
 
I also have a problem with latency since last Thursday. Our VoIP were running 100% with pings of 18ms and now it is 500ms. We have done all the necessary tests but have confirmed it’s a Mweb account problem.

Same issue with me.. Same setup about the same speeds as well..

Http is running fine...
 
I have now had enough of MWeb. I am using the 4MB uncapped account and getting 3000-6000MS World latency in WoW. Tonight it started at 7PM. The connection is so unstable, I cannot manage raids properly anymore, so it's not only affecting me but others in my guild as well. I suppose it's time to change my ISP.

very bad spikes in wow going from 300 at the lowest all the way up to 1500 , 300 is already high for the raids im doing and the spikes are just TERRIBLE. why cant we get sat3 redundency till you fix the problems you had 3+ days to do ?
 
Maybe if some people can post some tracert's, pings etc instead of just whining? Some info with the whining could help a bit. ;) :p

Tons of info has been sent to PM by me alone dude ....... just coz they not here in thread all the time, doesn't mean Mweb doesn't have a load of info from a load of p1ssed off clients
 
Really? how about someone from Mweb log into either Warcraft or Blackops, maybe download some NZB than they can really start troubleshooting instead of wanting their customers to do it for them. A good company is proactive and tries to limit impact on their customers....asking for such and such is just not cool, especially after hours, they can call an employee and see if they are experiencing the same thing. Clearly there is a problem that is not systematic to only one person.

Please provide me as much information as posible, i.e. screenshots of the current latency spikes. Also please provide me your MWEB email addresses, I will then pass the information along to our game master.
 
more then enough information has been posted tbh, those silly stalling tactics can only keep your (paying)customers happy for so long
 
my internet connection is running really crap at the moment. Not getting more than 8kb/s on nntp (astraweb). Youtube videos take forever. WoW latency is sitting on 4k.

NZB's going full speed from my side. HTTP is going great. Torrents not so good, and wow is dog slow... Where other's are having different issues. See what I'm getting at here? Clearly there is a problem indeed but not the same for each and every person.

Go to another ISP....let's see how much help they are to you after just whining without supplying any useful info. :)
 
agree there, but from what i seen posted, there's several common problems that are being experienced by MAJORITY of the posters.

but your statement doesn't support that Mweb should at least being trying to check themselves as they have the means capable (well at least you didn't comment on that...so what i see here is another troll just trying to feed themselves).
