Mweb guy, what about my cases that I have logged? What is happening with that?

I am not standing for this, if this is the experience I can expect from Mweb then I am gone. And expect a complaint with the Consumer bureau people regarding this 30 day notice thing. As you are not delivering on the promised service I am entitled to 20 day notice period.

Goddamit, this thing is busy souring my life! Its not just this slowness, its all the time complaining and investigation takes too. Why in gods name can't it just work like it used to!

Seems to me MWeb made a change sometime before the weekend. Downloading from Giganews ran like a bomb over the weekend, the best it's been in 4-6 weeks. Admittedly it slowed down a lot today, currently at around 50 KB/s which while relatively slow, is the best it's been during the week in a while.
 
Dear MWEB Guy

I haven't been able to connect to mweb.news.co.za since last week Thursday ( I've got 1Mbps uncapped) any reason why this could be?
I know it's a best effort service but right now, well for the last 4 days it's been completely dead to me :(

I'm AMAZED Mweb continues to deny a general problem when there hasn't been a night for a week whereby the connection doesn't die. Mweb rep, you're just doing your job and are no doubt a nice chap but you DON'T NEED OUR DETAILS. As it's NOT an individual fault.
 
Gawd! Now you guys forced me to use my crappy Afrihost Uncapped account, and thy already shaped me beyond belief:P Thats why I came here ... DAMN YOU MURPHY!!!!
 
That was totally weird.... Now im back to 170Kb/s ???? Maybe their infrastructure cant handle the strain at night? ...Sigh my torrents are still getting the short end of the stick though...(+/-10KB/s)

Edit: Whoah! hold my horses, that was an hour ago - I notice my NetTraffic spiking into the 400s - lemme test YouTube quickly...

Edit 2: Of course - there we go - no buffer on 480P - aargh - it's the inconsistency that kills me - wife was complaining the whole day...
