just posted in another thread but will post here as well. i am having a very weird issue:

is anyone having any connectivity issues with accessing certain services, like twitter and itunes app store?

Browsing seems to be fine but when i try access twitter using the twitter app on my mac or ipad(my ipad is wifi only so i connect through wifi to my mweb account), it gives lots of errors.

i thought it may just be the ipad twitter app so i did a full reset and connected it to itunes to reconfigure it but itunes on the mac does not want to connect to the online store. it just gives a time out error.

but, browsing normally through the web browser seems fine.

are itunes and twitter app support down at the same time or am i just doing something wrong?

everything worked flawlessly till today then all of a sudden these connection issues started happening.

im on the 4meg uncapped account in pretoria.

its just certain services that dont want to connect. international and local browsing is fine, but the second i try use itunes istore or the twitter app i get timeout errors.

Mine's working fine, isn't it maybe the DNS server acting up again? I'm using Google (8.8.8.8) permanently now, never had issues so far.

We are having the same issue, last week MWeb told me to phone Telkom because my line attenuation is to high. Question I have for them though, why do the Telkom ADSL I got as a spare work fine then?

Got told the exact same thing.

International not down but extremely slow. Huge packet loss. Bought a new modem just to test out other ISP's and they work perfectly.
