On friday (8th July) a client requested an uncapped ADSL ISP for two sites, and i recommended Mweb. We upgraded the existing 7,5GB Mweb ADSL account to uncapped which went well, only to discover that you can only have one concurrent connection. We ordered a second uncapped account online(ricad), now we are struggling with the ADSL login details. I called their support team (no help at all) he forwarded me a request form, filled the form sent it back with the support documents (email/fax) 3-4 hours later still nothing. Called again went through the same thing, its the forth day today. Why can't i access my login details online just like other ISP?
