My 384 is man down?

Since monday? My speeds have been so bad to the point where it just frustrates me to even try and load anything.:mad:

Basically im having very unstable high pings spiking from 250-1000ms and the spiking is also very fast making it impossible to play any form of game.

I'd just like to know if theres anything wrong with Mweb (my isp) or telkom. Or is it just me experiencing this?

And no one is downloading, which is why im confused.
I've reset the router and yea, still the same outcome.

Any suggestions or answers to any of this is greatly appreciated.
 
Your ISP thinks that because you use 384 you only use it for surfing muffin recipes and for checking e-mail from your grand-children.

So they have got no qualms with throttling your bandwidth into oblivion.
 
But it never used to be like this and its literally been for the past week, non stop.

Have you had a listen on the telephone line , any crackling sound ,that would be indicative of a line fault.

As you can see, not stable in anyway and completely random
 
Post your line stats from your router SNR etc, it may be a line condition before looking at Telkom and Mweb

I spoke with them and reset my account and phoned telkom to reset my ports.
