Yeah didnt know if you where using team city. We're looking at a CI system for our products now. But yeah spending $3K is mad.
 
tbh sem he is right in my opinion. i would have had a much smoother bug free ride if i had been disciplined from the start. also my tests wouldn't have been such a chore if i had done it right from the start..

but yeah in an after hours project half the problem is that it's not really all that structured in terms of development...

i work on feature a for a bit then feature c as a fun break then the front-end then the data layer based largely on what i feel like doing rather than what needs to be done...

I agree with him on TDD, except he sounds like a typical scrum person with his TDD tracked mind. I've had to interact with those people before. I HATE story board ****, its so fking retarded.

I actually do not practise scrum, and focus mostly on BDD rather then TDD :)

strange, because I have worked on tons of successful projects that didnt use TDD/BDD
