Dude, relax. You're flaming on an internet forum which other people use. Show a little respect for your fellow users, and stop bitching and moaning about the crap service you're getting to us. We are all South Africans, we all experience some sort of bad service delivery each day. Deal with the proper authorities, but don't start topics just to flame. Also, proper use of grammar and punctuation goes a long way in getting your point across. If you want a place to rant and rave, go to Hello Peter. You can rant to your heart's content over there.

Ever thought that maybe you have gone over the international limitations of your cap, and that your session has now been closed? Thereby, when you next log into the account, and the server looks up on your cap it sees that you have exceeded your international cap, and now shifts you over to your local only cap?

I use OpenWeb, I know how their system works. I know when I will be cut off from international and be shifted to local only.

Maybe Openweb should look at putting up a general Q&A sticky on MyBB?

Seems that there's still people not quite sure on how Openweb works.

or just full explination on their site about all their products and how exactly it works and link from here to there...

Yes, the openbrowser user documentation link should be more apparent with capitals and bolded..

The payment cycle info, about the 27th of the month, should be be on each page of the site in capitals and bolded:
4.13 Payment of your account is due on the 27th of each month, paid in advance for the following months access. Accounts purchased within a month, will only last until the end of the month it was purchased in.

Hi Ameerad, I suggest you start a new thread so that people who are familiar with the subject can help you.

Just do a search for openweb threads. I doubt anyone has the energy to repeat instructions and advice again. Many of the threads are current.

Hey The_Librarian

That is an excellent idea. I will ask RPM whether the ISP's can get access to a general thread that allows for their unique FAQs to be posted.

Kind regards
MrBEEP
